The CLW 30 m³ Mobile Heat Supply Semi-Trailer is a mobile unit for transporting and applying saturated steam or hot water with a temperature of over 80 °C to industrial customers who need a clean, stable and flexible heat supply. This mobile heat supply semi-trailer is designed for enterprises who can't have a boiler with enough capacity, which can be used to connect their steam or hot-water system with a centralized boiler production facility.
This unit can provide 3-4 tonnes of saturated steam at 135-195℃ or 12-15 tonnes of hot water at 100-120℃ per trip as per customers requirement. These are useful delivery figures and independent of the 30 m³ nominal tank capacity and 22,800 kg rated payload of the trailer which show three different aspects of the performance.
It is fitted with 13 Double Coin-brand tubeless tyres throughout, and JOST core components, such as the front landing legs, offer support to the trailer when it is separated from the tractor, and all aluminum alloy components to achieve a light weight. The road-safety improvements include side underrun-protection rails under the tank, rear underrun guard, lighting and reflective markings.
