Built for repeated high-torque cycling. As an electric hook-lift truck chassis, the car is built to handle repeated high-torque cycling: the drive axle delivers up to 265 kW peak power, 295/80R22.5 18PR tires and an 8-leaf front / 10+8-leaf rear spring configuration carry a 6.5-tonne front / 11.5-tonne rear axle load split, and every upfit interface PTO, hydraulic, high-voltage, low-voltage is pre-installed at the factory rather than retrofitted by the body-builder. Hydraulic and high-voltage capacity to match. The PTO on this pure electric sanitation chassis outputs up to 700 N·m at up to 1,800 rpm, feeding a hydraulic pump circuit rated to 21 MPa (25 MPa peak) with 100 ml/r displacement  enough hydraulic capacity for compaction rams, hook-arm cylinders or dust-suppression pump drives without needing a supplementary power unit. A 200A-fused 120kW@540V high-voltage tap, protected against reverse-polarity connection, covers electrically driven upfit systems on every electric garbage truck chassis and electric hook-lift truck chassis variant.

Standardized interfaces across the fleet. Water and air takeoff follow the same standardized layout as the rest of the Xingchen range: a rear-axle-mounted water port with 25mm inlet/outlet lines for dust-suppression tank plumbing, and a dedicated 10L, 10 bar auxiliary air reservoir kept isolated from the parking brake circuit. Charging runs through a single DC fast-charge gun with liquid-cooled battery thermal management, and protection ratings hold at IP68 for the vehicle and IP69K for the battery pack ratings that matter for dust-suppression and garbage-compaction duty, where the chassis regularly operates in dusty, wet or corrosive conditions.
