LGYD-G12F/G13F Scraper-Type Mobile Garbage Compression Station is a flexible, customizable compaction equipment that can be deployed without civil facilities. This mobile garbage compactor station is not dependent on a station building, or a pit foundation - just place it on the ground once, and it is ready for use, just as soon as it is properly set up and configured for the different sites. Combined with hook-lift trucks for container transfer, it provides effective and convenient waste handling.
This scraper-type garbage compression station is designed by the horizontal push compaction technology to achieve strong and stable push force, which can compress the garbage into a high-density state. It has a high compression ratio which minimizes the waste volume and transfer cost, and can load and compress concurrently, which makes it operate continuously with high efficiency.
The unit is fully sealed from dust and odours emission, and it has a leachate collection compartment at the bottom to avoid dripping while transporting the unit. Smooth inner walls are easy to clean and there is an optional deodorization device for sites that require additional environmental control.
The operation is simple and the PLC intelligent control has one-button automatic cycling. It is designed with a number of safety features to ensure reliable use, and its hydraulic system is designed to be stable, to have a low failure rate, and to be easily maintained.
