Chengli Special Automobile Co., Ltd. presents the LGGW15F/LGGW22F series High-Feeding Split-Type Garbage Compression Station, a high-position split-configuration compaction system engineered for small and mid-scale waste transfer operations. Designed for daily processing capacities of 20–80 tonnes, this split-type garbage compression station suits large residential communities, schools, hospitals, villages, and urban streets where site footprint is limited.

The defining feature of this high-feeding compaction station is its split architecture: a high-position hopper and compression chamber pair with a mobile compactor unit that docks independently with detachable waste containers. Separating the compression machinery from the container itself delivers cleaner operation, easier maintenance, and significantly reduced secondary pollution compared with conventional front-loading compactors.

This detachable container compactor solves debris entrapment and wastewater leakage common during front-end unloading. The compactor and container share the same footprint, maximizing land-use efficiency at the transfer site. Because the push head never enters the container, the push-head cylinder and oil lines stay protected from corrosion caused by waste liquids — and the compression chamber remains externally exposed for convenient, safe maintenance and replacement.

An inclined, downward compression method lets waste self-compact under gravity plus the push head, saving energy and improving efficiency. Since the push head does not enter the container, this household kitchen waste compression unit can process both household waste and kitchen/food waste. The design also resolves the northern-winter problem of under-loaded containers freezing into ice blocks, and eases container-hooking difficulty at space-limited transfer sites.

Operation follows a repeatable cycle: an empty container is positioned in an open bay; the mobile compactor rotates into place and engages an automatic interlock; loose waste from front-end collection vehicles is tipped into the high-position compression chamber; the mechanism compresses waste directly into the container; once filled, the compactor relocates to the adjacent bay without downtime; a detachable-container garbage truck then collects the loaded container for transfer to the treatment facility.

The unit is built around five functional zones: the Hopper receiving loose waste; the Compression Chamber where gravity-assisted compaction occurs; the Compression Push Head driving the compaction stroke; the Mobile Chassis with Relocation Rail allowing bay-to-bay movement without added foundation work; and the Docking Container with Electrical Control Cabinet housing the automated operating logic.

Two standard configurations are available. The LGGW15F-A pairs a 15 m³ container with 20–50 tonnes/day capacity, matched to 18-tonne or 25-tonne hook-arm transfer trucks. The LGGW22F-A pairs a 22 m³ container with 30–80 tonnes/day capacity, matched to a 31-tonne hook-arm truck. Additional configuration codes include B (One Machine, Two Bays) and C (Rear-Platform Feeding, One Machine, Two Bays) for higher-throughput sites.

This hook-arm truck transfer station is recommended for large residential communities, schools, hospitals, institutional campuses, villages, township collection points, and urban streets with limited transfer-site space — particularly where household and kitchen/food waste require separate handling.
Every small horizontal split-type garbage compression station we export is backed by a certified manufacturer, a global delivery network, and a factory that international buyers can verify in person.
