As a battery-powered waste collection truck, its core drivetrain with the rest of the Xingchen 210kWh platform, a single electric drive axle at up to 265 kW peak power, front axle rated to 6.5 tonnes and rear to 11.5 tonnes, on 295/80R22.5 18PR tires and an 8-leaf front / 10+8-leaf rear spring configuration. The 4,500mm wheelbase and 2,320mm single-row flat-roof cab carry over from the base chassis, so service technicians familiar with other CATL electric garbage truck units need no additional training on this configuration.
Hydraulic capacity for continuous compaction. Compaction hydraulics on this electric refuse compactor vehicle draw from the same PTO and pump circuit used across the range: up to 700 N·m PTO torque at 1,800 rpm, feeding a hydraulic pump rated to 21 MPa (25 MPa peak) with 100 ml/r displacement enough hydraulic capacity to run continuous compaction cycles through a full collection route without a supplementary power unit. A 200A-fused 120kW@540V high-voltage tap covers any electrically actuated compaction or door systems.
Rated for the wet, corrosive environment.
