The total investment of the contracted modified vehicle and supporting services project is RMB 100 million, and Chengli Automobile Group will build two modern modified vehicle production lines in Qiongjie County, and lay out 4S shops and after-sales service stations. After the project is put into production, it will not only fill the blank in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing in Shannan City, improve the automotive after-market service system, but also provide thousands of jobs, and powerfully drive the local and neighbouring areas to enhance the capacity of professional transport, tourism traffic and livelihood protection, and help the development of the Tibetan industry.

The successful signing of the investment project between the People's Government of Qiongjie County and Chengli Automobile Group Co., Ltd, the two sides will join hands to focus on promoting the modified vehicle and supporting services projects, injecting strong kinetic energy for the industrial development of Shannan; at the same time, after Chengli Automobile modification line settles in Qiongjie County, the future specialised automobile industry chain and the market radiation capacity will cover the entire Tibetan Plateau, making positive contributions to the construction of the motherland's borders. Tibet, a place lacking in oxygen but not lacking in faith, Hubei has been aiding Tibet for thirty years, and ten batches of Tibet aid teams have gone to assist Shannan, Chengli Automobile Group will set up a special vehicle assembly plant in Qiongjie County of Shannan and become the first automobile manufacturer in Tibet, which will contribute to Hubei's aid to Tibet with the strength of Chengli.
