CL5180TWQAQZ road pollution removal vehicle adopts a brand new design structure, the center sweeper left and right vertical sweeping, the rear roll sweeping suction cups (suction cups inside the installation of high-pressure spray bar), left and right high-pressure side spray bar (can work alone or open at the same time). Matching air ducts for wet and dry switching air ducts in rain and shine (choose the corresponding operation mode according to different weather and road conditions).

The vehicle is also equipped with a reversing camera, remote control (for the driver to dump the garbage) and a number of voice prompts. Dual-layer garbage bin: The garbage bin adopts a double-layer structure with a dust bin at the bottom and a wet garbage bin at the top, which is equipped with a conversion air duct and separation of wet and dry garbage. The wet garbage bin is equipped with a high-pressure self-cleaning spray bar, which can flush out the garbage in the garbage bin by high-pressure water flow. Square cover flange dust removal cartridge: The filter cartridge bin adopts a brand-new design of filter cartridge bin, with enlarged doors on both sides of the bin, which makes it convenient to take out the filter cartridge directly from the bin door. The square cover flange filter element is used to replace the original single-hole vertical filter element. When installing the cartridge, you only need to insert the cartridge into the chute through the side door, then turn the locking lever, and the installation of the cartridge will be completed. There are no bolts to remove during installation. Installation and removal of the cartridge is accomplished by simply turning the locking lever. A total of 10 sets of square cover flange dust filter elements are available for the entire vehicle. Rain or shine, wet or dry changeover air ducts: There are two sets of air ducts inside the dumpster, which are controlled by pneumatic cylinders. The air duct mode is converted to wet mode in sweeping mode, and the fluid generated by the negative pressure of the blower is directly discharged out of the bin without passing through the filtering bin. In dry sweeping mode, the air ducts switch to dry mode, and the fluid generated by the negative pressure of the fan is discharged from the bin through the filtering bin.
